Return Policy

As long as an item is not used or damaged after you receive it, you may return it within 30 business days for a refund or exchange at the full purchase price of the item. Please contact us prior to the return by phone 866-585-6301 or email: sales@chefmall.com

Once the item is received we will issue you credit for the purchase price of the item less shipping charges. Chefmall is not responsible for return shipping charges.
If the item is defective we will refund the full purchase price of the item, the shipping charges to you and arrange for a return pick up at no charge to you.
Final credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.
